Q: How long does it take for me to get DSL?

A: On average, a DSL installation will take place about 2 weeks from the time the DSL is ordered.

Q: What does a typical DSL installation involve?

A: Usually, a DSL installation can be completed in 1 or 2 hours. The field techs will come to your location and install a small box on the outside of your home that converts the telephone signal to a digital signal for DSL. Then, the techs will install the modem in a room of your choice, the network card in the computer you choose, and install all necessary drivers. Once the DSL is working correctly at your location and all installation tasks have been completed, they will leave you to enjoy your DSL.
